Wise Inspections

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Wise Inspections. Tony was incredibly professional, thorough, and meticulous. He took the time to inspect every part of the condo and explained his findings clearly throughout the entire process. Thanks to his attention to detail, he uncovered several significant issues that we would never have noticed on our own. In fact, his inspection ultimately saved us from moving forward with the purchase. We decided to walk away from the deal in part because of what he found, and we're extremely grateful that we had such a knowledgeable inspector looking out for our best interests. If you're buying a property, don't hesitate to hire Wise Inspections. Their expertise, honesty, and dedication are worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Not pleased is putting very lightly on how I feel about our home inspection. Our inspector never noticed any mold spots under our sink where the previous owner had stated was damaged from water, failed to notice the dishwasher leaked while running, as well as failed to noticed that our crawl space was definitely not up to code for the minimum amount of insulation needed. I had 3 other insulation inspectors confirm that there is not even half the legal requirement of insulation in the crawl space and the fact that they could distinctly see the support rafters that the drywall is attatched to is not a good sign. Not to mention during our whole home inspection our realtor Alicia Levitan from Keller Williams Realty Professionals kept bossing our inspector around as if he didnt know what to look for or like it was his first ever home inspection, and it made him seem on edge and nervous. Overall I wont be using either for any new homes my family and I look to purchase in the future

They were professional. Easy to schedule. Answered the buyer's questions about items noted on the inspection. I would consider them again. The only feedback I would offer is trying to incorporate a pest control company that is familiar with the federal form to used for the WDO for FHA & VA loans. It would have loved to have hired your firm at the same time as the primary home inspection versus having to call a separate company.
